Available payment methods

Funkies currently supports Viva wallet, Apple pay, G pay, Πιστωτικές/Χρεωστικές κάρτες. The payment methods shown at checkout may vary by country, basket, currency, fraud controls, and active provider configuration.

Card payments

Card payments are processed through the configured hosted payment provider. The customer may be redirected to a secure payment page or asked to complete 3D Secure authentication.

We do not store full card numbers on the storefront. Payment authorisation, fraud checks, and settlement are handled by the payment provider.

3D Secure

3D Secure helps verify the cardholder's identity. If authentication fails or the transaction is declined, the customer can retry the payment or contact their card issuer.

Bank transfer

When bank transfer is enabled, the order is processed after the payment is received and matched to the order reference.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible, within 14 days after the return is accepted or the refund reason is confirmed.
