Dispatch

Orders paid before 16:00 on a working day are usually prepared the same day. Orders paid later, on weekends, or on public holidays are prepared on the next working day.

Delivery

After dispatch, the customer receives an email with the invoice or order confirmation and tracking information where available.

Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring that delivery and contact details are complete and accurate.

Delivery deadlines

Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer for remote areas, public holidays, or force-majeure events.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs €3.40. Free shipping applies to eligible orders over EUR 28.49.

The final cost is confirmed at checkout based on destination and the selected method.
