Dispatch

Orders paid before 16:00 on a working day are usually prepared the same day. Orders paid later, on weekends, or on public holidays are prepared on the next working day.

Bank transfer orders are dispatched after payment confirmation.

Delivery

After dispatch, the customer receives an email with the invoice or order confirmation and tracking information where available.

Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring that delivery and contact details are complete and accurate.

Delivery deadlines depend on destination, courier, stock location, public holidays, force majeure, and remote-area handling. Estimated dates shown at checkout are indicative unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply for eligible orders over EUR 29.99.
