By using funkies.gr, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, the cookie declaration, and the policies for payments, shipping, returns, and exchanges.

The product information, prices, campaigns, availability, and delivery options shown on the website may change before an order is accepted.

Orders

An order is submitted when the checkout form is completed and the customer confirms the purchase. We may contact the customer if order details, payment confirmation, stock, or delivery information must be clarified.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch when the request is received within 24 hours or before the order enters processing, whichever comes first.

Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in the store currency and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, discounts, and payment fees are displayed before order confirmation.
